Free Delivery
We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £100 (ex VAT) to UK mainland addresses.
Orders under £100 (ex VAT) can choose from a range of tracked delivery services at checkout.

Dispatch Times
- Orders placed before 3:30pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day (subject to stock availability).
- Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day.
Product-Specific Dispatch Information
Each product page includes an expected dispatch time, so you know exactly when your order will leave us.
If a longer dispatch time is shown, this means the product is due into our stock and will be dispatched immediately to you once received.
Delivery Timeframes
- Most orders arrive within 1 working day when using next-day services.
- If an item is not in stock, delivery is typically 4–5 working days.
- Delivery is made to the address provided at checkout.
Important Delivery Information
- Royal Mail services are fully tracked but do not require a signature.
- Courier services (DPD & APC) require a signature upon delivery.
- Our couriers do not deliver on weekends as standard.
- Weekend delivery options may be available on request (additional charges apply).
- Deliveries outside the UK mainland may incur additional charges — please contact us for a quote.
International Shipping
We also offer international shipping.

Oversized Items
Products over 1200mm in length (such as LED tubes) are subject to additional shipping charges due to specialist handling requirements.
Delays & Availability
We always aim to meet estimated delivery times. However, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (such as courier issues or supplier delays). If this happens, we will keep you fully informed.
