At The LED Specialist, we want you to shop with complete confidence. If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward 30-day returns policy.


30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unused and in resaleable condition
  • Returned in original, undamaged packaging
  • A return request must be submitted and approved before sending goods back

How to Return Your Order

We offer two simple ways to return your items depending on how you placed your order:


Option 1: Return via Your Account (Recommended)

If you created an account:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to My Orders
  3. Select your order
  4. Click Request a Return and follow the steps

This is the quickest and easiest way to process your return.


Option 2: Guest Checkout Returns

If you checked out as a guest, please complete our Returns Form: Contact Form

You will need:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout
  • Details of the item(s) you wish to return

Once submitted, our team will review and approve your request before you return the goods.


Important Information

  • Returns must be requested before sending items back
  • Returns sent without approval may not be accepted
  • Items are returned at the customer’s cost and risk (unless faulty)
  • Please include your returns reference inside the parcel

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving approved returns
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable
  • A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply (this will be confirmed during the return process)

Non-Returnable Conditions

We may be unable to issue a refund if:

  • Items have been used, installed, or damaged
  • Packaging is missing, marked, or not in resaleable condition
  • The return was not requested in advance
  • Items are returned after 30 days from delivery

If a return is rejected, goods can be returned to you at an additional cost.


Faulty Items

If your item develops a fault, please submit your request using your account or the Returns Form as soon as possible.

If confirmed faulty:

  • We will repair, replace, or refund
  • We will cover return postage costs

If the item is found:

  • Not to be faulty, or
  • Damaged due to incorrect installation

A refund or replacement may be declined.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order upon delivery.

Any issues must be reported within 5 working days, including:

  • Damaged goods
  • Missing items
  • Incorrect items

Claims outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
