What are the different Floodlights available in this range?
Standard – The standard Floodlights in this range are controllable by mains power switch only and do not have any sensor functionality within them. These Floodlights can save up to 90% in energy savings compared to their halogen equivalents.
PIR Sensor – Floodlights with PIR sensors can detect motion by measuring the infrared radiation emitted by objects in it’s field of view. This means that they are excellent for use where security lighting is needed as they can automatically turn on when a person’s movement is detected.
Photocell – Floodlights with Photocells detect daylight so that they can automatically turn on at sunset and turn off at dawn. The Ledvance Performance Class Floodlights with Photocell have sensors that can be adjusted to a specific sensor range and are therefore more flexible.
